SENDING PEOPLE TO THE OTHER OFFICE TAX

A very simple tax to administer as it melds seamlessly with existing activities.

When sending a person to the other office, perhaps to waste his time travelling and queueing all over again, simply record the event under the person's ID number.

Being sent to the other office should cost the individual no more than a few euros each time.

Yet we calculate this plan will enable all Slovenians involved in the bureaucratic economy to open three days a week, finish work at twelve o'clock, and retire at 37 with unlimited healthcare and three overseas holidays a year.
