DE-UNEMPLOYMENT TAX

For not supporting up to 157 bureaucrats to stop the unemployed getting any money, write telephone numbers on post-it notes, send him to another office, teach him to look for jobs which don't exist and write CVs, and count unemployed people in new and creative ways, each individual who fails to count as unemployed but still hasn't become employed will pay a daily De-Unemployment Tax, reflecting their uselessness to society.

The government will give you 20% off this tax if you don't want a receipt.
